Dear members,
You will find below and attached, the content of NATA’s response to the Preliminary Issue and Consultation Assessment (PICA) concerning Flight and Duty time that was due May 20th.
I wish to thank every one of you who participated on the various calls or sent in your own position paper and copied us. This all served in preparing our response. As you see, I also submitted three other documents that show the impact in sectors other than aviation.
The group at Transport Canada (TC) will be analyzing all that they received and will likely get back to us and our sister associations for discussions and the next steps. We will, of course, keep you posted as this is our collective work.
